Odori-don is a sushi dish with a dead octopus that dances when soy sauce is poured on it.

OMG

This is because the neurons are snapping back based on the sodium content from the soy sauce which causes the nerves to move on the octopus. The movement is similar to putting salt onto a snail or slug.
